Campaign 7 Hot Picks!

Well your favorite Avon Lady is back to share her Campaign 7 Hot Picks with you! Campaign 7 definitely has lots of must-haves for the Spring season! There are SO many products I could talk about but I'll try and narrow it down...

My first pick  is the True Color Eyeshadow Quad in Purple Haze. This color palette compliments almost any eye color but especially highlights dark eyes. These colors are so versatile that they work great if you're going for a dramatic look or just for casual , everyday use. The True Color Eyeshadow Quad also comes in Romantic Mauves and Denim Blues.

My next pick is the new, ever-famous Ultra Color Rich Moisture Seduction lipsticks. I can't shut up about it! I originally stopped using lipstick because I didn't like the dry, chappy feeling my lips would have after wearing lipstick all day. So, I switched to lip gloss. But Avon made a believer out of me once I tried this new line of lipsticks. This lipstick goes on silky smooth and keeps your lips moisturized all day!

Try it and you'll see what I mean :)

I am IN LOVE with this next pick. Now if you know me, you know I'm a sucker for a good perfume. But you also know that I can be somewhat picky at times about my scents. Fergie's Outspoken is DELICIOUS! It's a little fruity, a little floral, but most importantly it's not overpowering. My new favorite scent, hands down!

Now I couldn't only talk about products for the Ladies and forget about the Gentlemen, now could I? Boys, have I got something for you! Derek Jeter's Driven Sport cologne is S-E-X-Y! It's not too strong, not too subtle and will DEFINITELY get you noticed :)

I have recently tried Avon's Advance Techniques products and one of my favorites is the Daily Shine Mirror Shine Spray. Not only does it give your hair some lustre, but it's great for getting ride of fly-aways and frizz - 2 of the biggest problem areas when it comes to my hair! Give it a shot! You won't be disappointed.

And last but not least, the Nailwear Pro Nail Enamel. I am surprised at how amazingly fast this nail polish will dry! After my second coat, it seemed like I was able to use my hands in no time! Plus, the nail color selection is gorgeous! My personal faves right now are Gunmetal and Midnight Plum :)

Leading by example

So as a follow up to my last blog, "Destined for Success", I would like to announce that I have progressed into LEADERSHIP status with my Avon business! I would have never thought things would move so quickly. I now have 5 AMAZING girls on my team and they are just taking off running with their businesses! I am so excited for this next phase in my Avon journey but even more excited to see what's in store for my team members!

I have heard the saying over and over again: "The fortune is in the follow up". Only, I have heard it in the context of following up with your CUSTOMERS - but I think this also applies when it comes to building a successful team.

I have found that keeping in touch with my team members helps me get an idea of what their challenges are. Then, I'm able to offer the appropriate solution. If I'm not following up with my team, it becomes painfully easy for them to begin suffering in silence instead of communicating their concerns. When I take the initiative and ask "How are things going?". It becomes an open forum to the effect of "Well, actually I have some questions...". And the resolution starts there.
My goal is to continue supporting and maintaining communication with my team so that they know I care about their success. And more importantly, leading by example. After all, I was a fresh-faced, brand spankin' new Avon Rep too so I can relate!

To all my team members: Christine, Shanise, Sharde, Phyllis and Elizabeth - You are all rock stars and I want you to know I believe in you - 110%! I'm always available, accessible and I will always make it a point to understand and meet your needs. There's a reason I chose you and I know there's great things in store for you! GO TEAM AVON!! YOU GUYS ROCK! :)

Destined for Success

I've always felt I was made for more than my current circumstances, so when the opportunity to be an Avon Rep came along, I didn't have a doubt in my mind that this was my chance. I mean, come on! I get to make my own hours, build my team and I AM the one in control of how much I make?! How could I resist? I always wanted to be a business owner and what better way to do that than to sell products that people LOVE?


It was settled. I'd give Avon a shot and I'm so glad I did. The response I've received is amazing and not to mention my sales have seemed to double with each campaign. I am hooked, addicted and I don't care who knows it! I love Avon and I can't seem to understand why I didn't do this sooner.


This is just a excerpt of my personal Avon success story and I know there's only greater successes to come! Please stay tuned for all the latest news and updates. Also I will be beginning a Monthly Giveaway starting in March so stay tuned for that!
